Everything I like has caffeine ...

Coffee, chocolate, soda, even over the counter medicine has caffeine in it! No worries, there are ways you can replace caffeine in your diet.

First things first, you need to slowly start eliminating caffeine from your diet. How to? Switch out your morning coffee by drinking a smoothie. You can make the smoothie with whatever fruits and/or vegetables you want. In order to get that 'caffeine' boost you can add Ginseng to your smoothie.

Throughout the day we can eat some fruits that will boost our energy without having to succumb to drinking coffee or popping open a soda. For example we can eat:

  • Peaches
  • Oranges
  • Bananas
  • Pineapple

  • We're not movers and shakers by the time 3 o'clock comes around! So, what can we do in the tiring afternoon besides eating fruit?

We can take a short break from work or even during our break at school, if school lasts that long, and walk around the building, stretch or do some jumping jacks. Doing so will stimulate blood flow and you will likely have more energy than you did before your break.

    Recap:
    • Eat fruits
    • Replace caffeine with natural energizers
    • Exercise

    Be healthy!
